Lush Rhodes chords, a minimal pocked drums groove, and airy guitar licks backed by a deep bass creating the backdrop where yana flows her deep yet playfull vocals, the song feels like a journey with different stages channeling the moment that you realize that the things you expected to happen didn't exactly turn out to be what you thought it could be. Whether it's love, the future, or something else where you can be trapped inside an illusion.

Yana Liza & Kunuku Amsterdam, Netherlands

Kunuku and Yana Liza got to know each other in Amsterdam around 10 years ago and by that time they started playing in a band. 5 Years after that band broke up Yana called Ollie to ask if he wanted to produce her album together with her. And after a couple of years of writing and producing they're finally ready to present their album "Mind the Mind".
